Open Company Ballet Class
Ashleyliane Dance Company would like to invite the public to join us for company ballet every Friday at noon! Our amazing ballet instructor, Morgan Scott Cameron will be leading an hour long class including conditioning, and intermediate level barre and some center exercises.
It is a donation-based class and you can use Venmo or PayPal.
Big Muddy Dance Company
The Big Muddy Dance Company is committed to their mission of invigorating life through dance by providing on demand and live dance classes you can do at home! Yoga & Chill
Thursdays at 6 pm. This virtual yoga class bring together music and movement. Brittany L. Hill, a trauma-informed trained yoga instructor and Reiki practitioner, offers Instagram live yoga classes for all experience levels. Join her in the comfort of your own home for a sonically driven session with an energizing mix of trap, hip-hop, R&B, and more. Circus Harmony has always been about joy, triumph, and laughter demonstrated through strength, flexibility, and balance! Circus Harmony is about supporting each other and realizing we are all connected. We’ve always taught our students to be creative and resilient. Now is when the spirit of circus is really needed!
We have started presenting Zoom Quarantraining classes online. The classes are free. If you are interested in these classes, please message Circus Harmony so they can explain how to join the classes.
Consuming Kinetics Dance Company
Consuming Kinetics Dance Company is a 501c3 non-profit professional dance company and community education center in St. Louis, Missouri. In response to the pandemic, CKDC has moved all classes online. We have a growing library of adult dance, fitness and stretch classes. It’s a pay-what-you-can subscription fee, but all donations unlock the entire library of classes.
Karlovsky & Company Dance – Artistic Director, Dawn Karlovsky
Karlovsky & Company Dance (St. Louis) is a contemporary modern dance company dedicated to extending the art of dance with innovative choreography that illuminates the human experience. The company engages audiences through concert performances, dance for the camera, site-specific dance, and educational programs for older adults and children. Karlovsky & Company Dance is in residence at the Grandel Theatre with support by the Kranzberg Arts Foundation.
Online Contemporary/Modern Dance classes currently available! Dance for Small Spaces – Monday Night Modern Class with Karlovsky & Company Dance is our company class of contemporary/modern dance open to intermediate/advanced level dancers in the community.
